This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 16911)
- 8 Bob n weaves (16)
- 8 Core twists (16)
- 8 Right knee smashes (16)
- 4 Of: right knee/Left front kick (16)
Cut combo in half at the end of the first pattern then continue the:
- 8 Right knee/left front kick (32)
- 8 Right knee/left side kick (32)
- 16 Right knee/left rear kick (64)
Transition: knees right/left (knees to elbows making a "c" doing a standing ab crunch)
Cardio interval:
- 4 Heel digs right/left (or double hop right/left) (8)
- March or jog (8)
- 8 Jacks
