- Grapevine right (4)
- Step out on left leg with 2 ham-curls on right leg (4)
- Grapevine right again (4)
- 1 Box step left (4)
Repeat left side = 32 count block
- Chasse right/left (8)
- 2 Single knees, 1 repeater (8)
Repeat left side = 32 count block
- Jog forward for 4, double step touch * (8)
- Jog backward for 4, double step touch (8)
- 4 Single hamstring curls (8)
- 2 Squats (right, left) (8) = 32 count block
Repeat left side
- Grapevine right with 3 repeater curls** (8)
- 2 Box steps left (8)
Repeat left side = 32 count block
* I progress this to turn and face back of room and then jog forward again
** Progress to repeater curl turning in circle, then 1 box forward 1 box behind so that you are facing back of room. left leg lead brings you back to front!
