Partner Drills -
- High Knees - each partner has to hit their knee to their partner's hand. - 1 minute
- Squat jumps - mirror your partner - jump has high as he or she - 1 minute
- Pushups - Give your partner a high 5 - 1 minute
- Throw Down - Core work- one person on floor - grab your partners ankles - the standing partner thows their feet to the ground - keep raising and lowering feet.
Weight training:
- Lunges with lateral raises
- Rock star jumps - like a jumping jack - just tuck feet under to butt
- French press with squats -
Keep repeating for 5 minutes.
Lines jumps - 5 minutes
- Jump rope - 1 minute
- 10 Pushups
- Jump rope - 1 minute
- 8 Pushups
- Jump rope - 1 minute
- 6 Pushups
- Jump rope - 1 minute
- 4 Pushups
- Jump rope - 1 minute
- 2 Pushups.
Cool down - core and stretching
