Basic easy lo-impact routine

OK, it's about time I add something as I've borrowed all of YOUR ideas for years. Thank you everybody!
This is my basic easy lo-impact routine that I teach to any class (AND YOU CAN DO THIS IN AQUA CLASSES TOO!)- it flows very easy and includes alot of basic steps -
- 1 Grapevine (right, then left)
- 1 Step/touch (right, then left)
- 1 Cha/cha/cha (just like a step/touch but with a little jump) right/left
- 4 Squats
- 4 Heel raises, with arms pushing up towards the ceiling
- 1 Knee up (right knee up, then left knee up)
- 1 Leg curl (kick right foot to butt, left foot to butt)
- 1 X-step
Try it, good for beginners, flows easily. I first teach grapevine, step/touch, cha/cha/cha. Then I teach squats/heel raises. Then knee up/leg curl/x. Then put it together.
