- March in (8)
- March wide (8)
- Repeat, breaking down to 4, then 2
- Plie/wide tap with reach-out arms (8)
- Plie/wide tap with reach-up arms (8)
- Plie/wide tap with bow & arrow arms (8)
- Repeat, breaking down to 4, then 2
- Step touch (8)
- Hamstring curls (8)
- Wide knees-up (8)
- Repeat, breaking down to 4, then 2
- Double hamstring curls (4)
- Double wide knees up (4)
- Double heel digs (4)
Mix up arm movements (e.g. lat pull-down, chest press, low pull-in, tricep extension etc) for ham curls/knees/heel digs to keep it interesting for intermediate/advanced, or keep them simple for beginner. Repeat from the top, depending on time constraint. Should take 5-10 minutes.
