Hi Lo Warm Up/Hi Lo Beginner Cardio

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16899)

Mix up arm movements (e.g. lat pull-down, chest press, low pull-in, tricep extension etc) for ham curls/knees/heel digs to keep it interesting for intermediate/advanced, or keep them simple for beginner. Repeat from the top, depending on time constraint. Should take 5-10 minutes.
