KB Combos
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16871)
I use a basic formula for choreographing my KB combos. After the warm-up portion of class, my first combo consists of a punching combo (32 counts/self-reversing), followed by a kicking combo, and ending with a combination punching/kicking combo. I also use drills to teach the moves and to break up the the cardio portion of class. This is my first submission, however, I have been inspired by turnstep submissions for several years. Enjoy!
