(pattern 16879)
- Alternating forward lunges (2 count) 20x (step forward, lunge down & up, step back switch other leg)
Advanced: Add back leg lift pressing heel to ceiling
- Alternating forward lunges (single count) 20x
- Squat with legs shoulders width apart with arms reaching forward (10x)
- Squat then extend leg out to side with arms reaching forward and tap toe and bring leg back to squat and hold (10x)
- Hold squat and then tap 3X out to side (10x)
- Back to squat with single tap (10x)
- Squat then extend straight leg sweeping out to side bring back to to squat and hold (10x)
- Return to squats with arms reaching forward again for 10x before switching to other leg.
- Curtsy lunge pulsing for 3x then bring lunging leg out to a side knee (abduction) 10x then switch leg
