This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16951)
Holding Weights by shoulders (we used 10 to 12 pounds) standing to the side of a step with 2 risers, place left foot on step.
- Squat down 2 up 2 4x
- Squat down 2 up 2 after you come up add a shoulder press up 2 down 2 4x
- Squat down 2 up 2 and as you are coming up from the squat add the 2 count shoulder press 4x
- Then single count squat shoulder press as you come up 4x
Repeat for 2 more sets with out stopping.
Switch sides
Do the same thing but with a plie squat with bicep curls
