I have found as my class (and I) age we are lovin simplicity in our patterns. Thought you might too!
- 4 Alterating traveling side heel/2 double side-knee lifts (16)
- Return to home same way (16)
- Double step touch/2 jacks-4x's (32)
- Travel step touch 4/scoop (chug) return-2x's (32)
- Double scoop/grape return-3x's/ 2 same side slow squat (32)
I will use these combos on Monday. I will put parts 1&2 together to be able to easily switch leads. Same with 3 and 4.
