Travel Series with weights--great arm workout

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16957)

I teach shallow water aqua from the deck because my class is very large. [=====] My class works in 2 lines for this. The groups will travel in a large ovals with slower students toward the end of the line. After you complete one lap across the shallow end and back, move to the next exercise without stopping.

With weights in each hand, move across of the pool doing:
