Sonia's ABC's of Step (Routine UU)

Wow. I can't believe it has been two years since I contributed to my ABC series. I simply have to make it through the alphabet a second time!
All combinations are 32 counts, self-reversing, and tapless. These are basic moves with a little sass thrown in. If you have a lot of beginners I would substitute basic repeaters for the ones shown here.
Right or Left designates the lead foot. 1x, 2x, etc. is the number of times you repeat that move. Note that you may be alternating leads. The number in parenthesis is the beats or counts it takes to complete the move. Footwork follows in the choreo notes.
Combo 1
- Right, 2x, V-step (8)
- Right, 1x, Naughty Repeater or Bump Repeater (8)*
- Left, 2x, Skate on top (this is 3 alternate ham curls on top of the step done twice) (16)

Combo 2
- Right, 1x, Hip Swing repeater (8)**
- Left, 2x, Mambo (may add cha cha chas and turns) (8)
- Left, 4x, Leg extensions - take it to leaping leg extensions (16)

- Right, 1x, L-step (basic left with knees or jazz it up when they are ready) (8)
- Left, 2x, Traveling knee lift (8)
- Left, 2x, Split basic or 1x, step up right/left, tap back 6x, exit left/right (16)

- Right, 4x, Single stomp (12)
- Right, 1x, Travel kick (4)
- Left, 4x, Traveling abductor (side leg lift) (16)
- (Alternate 20 counts: 3x, travel kick, 2x travel abductor)

- Right, 2x, heel Dig Across (8)***
- Right, 1x, Combo Repeater (8)
- Left, 2x, Squat & Walk off the end (16)****

Choreo Notes:
*Naughty Repeater/Bump Repeater starting with a right lead:
- 1,2) step up right at the left corner, lift the left knee
- 3) left toes to floor - keep them there
- 4,5) do two hip thrusts (pelvic tilts) - add some interesting arms!
- 6) bump the edge of the step with your left toes and clap
- 7,8) walk home left and right.
** Hip Swing repeater starting with a right lead:
- 1,2) step up right at the left corner and swing the left leg forward
- 3,4,5) touch the left toes back on the floor, forward on the floor, back on the floor
- 6) swing the left leg forward again
- 7,8) walk home left and right.
***Heel Dig Across starting with a right lead:
- 1) step up right towards the left corner
- 2) take the left leg slightly across the right leg, dig the heel into the step (lightly)
- 3,4) exit left and right
- 5-8) repeat starting with a left lead.
****Squat & Walk off the end starting with a left lead:
- 1,2) step up left and right near the left end
- 3) squat off the left end by stepping down on the left foot and slightly lifting the right
- 4) right foot steps down on top, coming out of the squat, left foot lifts from floor
- 5,6) repeat squat
- 7,8) walk home left and right.
