HILLS Boot Camp

Find a 300 - 400 meter hill and setup the following 8 stations at the top or bottom. Have the participants do the circuit through the stations before hitting their next set. My class really enjoyed this Boot Camp. It took ~1hr to finish all sets. I am all about swapping boot camp ideas to keep it fresh!

- 1. 20 Butt blasters - hold up for 1 second
- 2. 10 Body builders
- 3. 20 Count bicycle
- 4. 10 Push-up with rotations
- 5. 10 Each side lumbar roll
- 6. 20 Jumping jacks
- 7. 20 Supine double leg raise
- 8. 20 Count swimmers swimmers
