CB's intervals

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 17034)

Start with 5 minutes warm-up and stretching

Then start with 30 seconds. per exercise (each jogging series is .5 minutes per arm exercise):

Repeat series - 1 minute per exercise

Repeat series - 1.5 minutes per exercise
