CB's intervals
This is an
Aquatic pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17034)
Start with 5 minutes warm-up and stretching
Then start with 30 seconds. per exercise (each jogging series is .5 minutes per arm exercise):
- Jog it out in place
- Jog in place with front scissor arms
- Jog in place with back scissor arms
- (Beginning of repeating series)
- Small straight leg kicks
- Medium straight leg kicks
- Big straight leg kicks with alternate big arms
- Froggy jump with push down arms in front
- Cross-country skier
- Suspended cross-country skier - one leg forward
- Suspended cross-country skier - other leg forward
- Jumping jacks
- Suspended jumping jacks
- Twinkle toes - suspended ankle crosses
- (End of repeating series)
- Jog it out
- Jog in place with punching up to one side
- Jog in place with punching up to other side
Repeat series - 1 minute per exercise
- Jog it out
- Jog with pulsing arms; back, front, up and down
Repeat series - 1.5 minutes per exercise
- Jog it out
- Rocking horse right
- Rocking horse left
