Warm-up:
March in place, March wide
Step s/s
HS pulls s/s
Knee raise s/s
Karaoke

Line up against back wall:
Butt kicks forward, back pedal back to start
High knee
Power skip
Side shuffle

Ladders: run back to line
1 foot per hole
2 feet per hole
Hop forward
Hop Up 2, back 1
Hop scotch- in and outs

Jump rope: 3 minutes

Lift: on stability ball 1x 15-20
Chest Press/fly
Row
Bicep Curl to OH press
Triceps skull crusher

Repeat jump rope and lift

Lunges across room: down and back
1. Down and back
2. Pulse 2
3. Pulse 3

BOSU
Squats; regular/ slow- down 3, up 1 / down 1, up 3 / pulses
Push ups
Squat hops s/s
Back lunge

CORE
Planks
Leg lowers
Russian twist with wt
Crunches on sb
SB pass throughs
Double leg pull ins
Toe touches
Swimmers

Stretch
