- Basic step/jog up x2 (8)
- Jog up & over bench (4)
- 4 Jump ropes back to face bench (4)
- Grapevine right & left (8)
- Repeater knee wrap around to starting side of bench (8)
- Corner to corner kick left lead (8)
Repeat combo on left side
40 count combo -- 80 count in total
