Beginners Aerobics
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16940)
Combo 1 - 32 counts - Right leg lead
- Single grapevine right (1-4)
- 1 X Box step/V-step forwards (5-8)
- 1 X Box step/V-step towards right wall (9-12)
- Single grapevine right with ham curl on end (13-16)
- Single grapevine left with ham curl on end (17-20)
- 1 X Box step/V-step forwards (21-24)
- 1 X Box step/V-step turning back to face front (25-28)
- Single grapevine left (29-32)
Continue through with grapevine to left and repeat to other side of hall.
Combo 2 - 32 counts - Right leg lead
- Walk forward from center (1-4)
- Walk back to center (5-8)
- Single grapevine right (9-12)
- Single grapevine left (13-16)
- 2 X Box step/V-step (17-24)
- 2 X Power squat (25-32)*
Repeat with grapevine to left.
Combo 3 - 32 counts - Right leg lead
- Scoop forwards from center (1-8)
- Scoop back to center (9-16)
- 4 X Ham curls alternating legs (17-24)
- Jump & twist (25-32)**
Repeat
* Power Squat - Jump in to squat position and hold for 2 counts then up for 2 counts. 1 Power Squat = 4 counts.
I've not been doing this long and this is my first ever routine. My class really enjoy it so let me know what you think.
