Squat Olympics!

Thanks to Turnstep.com I was able to begin a Cardio Kickboxing class at my university last semester. It was awesome and would like to share a pattern that the girls loved to HATE!
This was usually the last combo we did since it fatigued the quads...
Starting in the back of the room...
- 4 High, hard knees moving forward (8 count) (told them to pretend they were smashing someones face on there knee, so reach and pull down with arms!)
- Squat (2 count)
- Right back kick (2 count)
- Squat (2 count)
- Left back kick (2 count)
- 8 Squats (16 count)
Repeat!
After those 8 squats, popping up into those hard, high knees is killer!
