Cardio Interval The LEG class

CARDIO INTERVAL Approximately 1 hour class (or work those legs class) NEED: Heavy weights, stability ball, mat, ankle weights

Walking kicks (or frankenstein kicks) - length of gym & back
standing with ball:

Standing in plie position : with heavy weights: deadman lifts (24)

At wall with ball & ankle weights on:

Pyramid: (start with 8 of each, then do 7, 6, 5 etc.) 8 jacks, 8 squats jumps, 8 push ups, 8 crunch

On mat:
