On and off the bike.
After the last post I had some questions about participants wearing cycling shoes- none of my participants wear cycling shoes, if you are going to do this inform your students to wear regular sneakers and just use the straps; you'll need regular sneakers for stuff on the floor.
- 3:44 (You Give Love a Bad Name)- warm up on the floor
- 3:11 (Know Your Enemy - Greenday)- FLOOR squat and push press (squat with 2 weights in bicep curl position, raise to a shoulder press)
running man (lunge position, one leg forward-one leg behind; arms positioned as if you were going to run; lunge down and up, moving arms forward and back as if you were running)
mountain climbers
- 2:57 (Gonna Go Far, Kid - Offspring)- sprints @ :40; 1:34; 2:22
- 3:29 (White Horse - Sarah Mcleod)- FLOOR push up with alternating rows (still in push up position)
jumping jacks

football runs
- 3:07 (Rockin Me Baby - Steve Miller Band) level 7,8,9 standing climb
- 3:51 (Love, Sex & Magic - Ciara, JT) run @ 6,7, hover, seated climb @ 8
- 4:24 (Barracuda - Heart) sprint 30,45,15 seconds. @ 5
- 2:54 (The Only Difference - Panic at the Disco) FLOOR ski jumps
squat jumps
lunge with tricep extension
- 4:39 (Cupid Shuffle - Cupid) seated to standing climb @ 7
seated climb @ 8
standing climb @ 9
- 3:55 (Let it Rock - Kevin Rudolf) standing climb @7

This is around 45; maybe a little more. Please let me know if anything is unclear
