Wall Speed Drills

This is a great combo to incorporate into your routine - really brings up your heart rate.
Use the wall holding onto the side with both hands, flutter kick, then switch to one side, then switch to the other side.
1 set includes:
- Kicking @ 80% for 10 seconds on each side (facing down 10 seconds, switch to side 10 seconds, then the other side 10 seconds at 80% effort - do the same for the following)
- Kicking @ 90% for 5 seconds on each side
- Kicking @ 100% for 2 seconds on each side
Do 3 sets of the above and in between sets remove yourself from the wall and do high knees (to catch your breath :))
