Noodles and Paddles Together

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16996)

If your gym has both noodles and arm paddles it is a real challenge to move into the middle or deep end and us them together. If you don't have plastic arm paddles you could also use the regular hand bells with the noodles. Straddling the noodle while biking with the legs try rowing with the paddles.(the canoe) A breast stroke arm also works well with biking legs. Cross-country legs and cross-country arms work well together too. Try suspended Jaxs or horizontal Jaxs using the noodle in arm chair position behind the back. Front kicks and side bird arms work well with noodles behind the back and under the arms as well. You can experiment with different combinations. This is a challenging exercize but lots of fun.
