Double Day

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16997)

Thanks for all the great ideas. All my work-out have become a combination of ideas from this site and my own so if you see yours here double thank you.

After your warm up I do these steps first single and then double 30 minutes each.

A. Single and Double Steps

B. Buddy Boards

Pair class off. One person will take the board and swim to the side and back while their partner works on the side then they switch places. You can use any stationary steps like frogs, mermaids, helicopters, tucks for the side work.

C. Pair steps

D. Middle to Deep End Noodles

We pony, bike, front scissor, back scissor, crawl, each slow then double time or for two minutes instead of one. You might have time to double up and run rickshaw races with your noodles entwined. One floats while the other jogs them around the pool.
