Cardio Kickbox Combos for a great overall body workout member love!

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 16979)

Cardio Kickboxing Class

Warm up:

Repeat from the top left lead.

Combo one:

Repeat on left

Combo two:

Repeat on left

Combo three:

Combo 4:

(by 2x, I mean alt right/left)

Simple yes, tough, you bet. I repeat all 3 sets of 8.

Sometimes people just want to box, no need to get crazy with the choreography.

I needed to write a post, I have gotten way too many ideas from you guys.
