Cardio Kickbox Combos for a great overall body workout member love!
This is a

Cardio Kickboxing Class
Warm up:
- Bob and weave about 16x; twists;
- Combo: 1x knee-1x jab
- Squat in center
- Add a knee (so it would be squat, knee alternating knees)
Repeat from the top left lead.
Combo one:
- Jab, cross 3x knees
- Jump rope 1 minute
Repeat on left
Combo two:
- 2 Alternating knee strikes
- 1x Front kick, 1x back kick
- Jab up 2 (right/left)
- Down two
Repeat on left
Combo three:
- 1x Knee, 1x side (same leg)
- 2x Cross opposite arm.
- 1x jack, 1x jab (alternating right/left)
Combo 4:
(by 2x, I mean alt right/left)
- 2x Knees
- 2x Front kicks
- 2x Side kicks
- 2x Back kicks
- 2x Jabs
- 2x Crosses
- 2x Hooks
- 2x Uppercuts
Simple yes, tough, you bet. I repeat all 3 sets of 8.
Sometimes people just want to box, no need to get crazy with the choreography.
