Race against yourself!

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16947)

This one got my class going!! We have a pretty small pool that I use for running/sprinting laps. I timed my class for 30 seconds and had them run one lap. Then timed them for another 30 seconds to see if they could sprint farther than they had made it the last 30. I did this three times to see if each 30 they got passed the point they were before! They worked hard and most got back to the very end!!!

Keep the ideas coming--I use them all the time!!
