Another Circuit

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 16971)

Hi Everyone,

I have been getting such great response on the "Stations from He**" class that I thought I would post another circuit we did last night that I got a ton of groans from.

Ok, so I set a ring timer for 2 minutes with a 30 seconds. rest. There are 4 stations set up which they go through 4 times, plain and simple, here it is.

Mat area:

  1. Barbell rollouts
  2. Clean and press
  3. Cross and press
  4. Lying leg raise


  1. Lava jump (thanks turnstep)
  2. High knee run
  3. Propulsion squats
  4. Full crunches


  1. Box jumps
  2. Squatting lateral step plyos
  3. Step up/step offs
  4. Drya Roll (thanks P90X)


  1. Stairs (run all the way around)
  2. Shuffle track
  3. Leap frog squats
  4. Walking pushups
