Another Circuit

Hi Everyone,
I have been getting such great response on the "Stations from He**" class that I thought I would post another circuit we did last night that I got a ton of groans from.
Ok, so I set a ring timer for 2 minutes with a 30 seconds. rest. There are 4 stations set up which they go through 4 times, plain and simple, here it is.
Mat area:
- Barbell rollouts
- Clean and press
- Cross and press
- Lying leg raise
Bosu:
- Lava jump (thanks turnstep)
- High knee run
- Propulsion squats
- Full crunches
Steps:
- Box jumps
- Squatting lateral step plyos
- Step up/step offs
- Drya Roll (thanks P90X)
Track:
- Stairs (run all the way around)
- Shuffle track
- Leap frog squats
- Walking pushups
