Rachel's water aerobics part 2

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 17033)

Here is just another fun routine I put together for my water aerobics class!

Warm up 5-10 minutes

Combo 1

Combo 2

Combo 3

Combo 4 (get that heart rate up!)

(repeat sequence twice)

Combo 5

(repeat sequence twice)

Combo 6

Strength train and cool down for 10-15 minutes.
