Mom & Baby Stroller Class

I teach a few classes at my local recreation center, one of them being a Mom & Baby class 3 days a week. Every Wednesday we take it outside for a stroller walk along one of the nearby trails. I hope you enjoy it!
*I bring along bands for each participant to use as we go*
Warm Up: Jog/walk 5 mins
- A Traveling butt kicks 30s
- Walking side squat (pushing stroller with one hand) 30s
- Repeat 4x
- B Push ups on stroller (brakes on) or tree/nearby bench/etc 10x
- Jumping jacks 30s
- Repeat 3x
- (we are on a long straight trail, at this point we turn around to head back)
- C Walking lunge 30s
- Walking lunge with kick back 30s
- Jog/walk 30s
- Repeat 2x
- D Squat with side kick 10x per leg
- Leaps forward 30s (single leg alternating, as if you are leaping over puddles diagonally)
- Repeat 4x
- E Tricep extension (using bands) 30s
- Side to side hops 30s
- Repeat 2x
- Jog/walk intervals back to start point.
- Abs (standing)
- Standing roll ups - forward bend, slowly rolling up vertebrae by vertebrae, using core to pull you up
- Side/forward/side rotation - bend at hips, move from left to center to right and back
- Punch sequence - stand in half squat, alternate between right/left jabs, right/left uppercuts, right/left hooks, right/left twisting jabs
