The Race

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 17024)

After the warm up I sometimes set up a mini circuit (2 stations) at each side of the pool. I split the group into two groups and they do each exercise at the side for at least 60 seconds, then "run, swim or walk" to the other side, another 60 seconds. Then into the middle of the pool for 3 or 4 of "their own choice" cardio exercises. They then "race" back to the sides in their groups and do the next exercise at the side. Then they "race" back into the middle... etc I will mostly set conditioning at the side of the pool and cardio intervals, but that's what works best with my people! Hope this helps.
