Awesome Shoulders!!!
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17018)
This one is a winner...Takes about 10 minutes.
First set-heaviest hand weights..10, 12 or 15 pounds, 12 Reps each:
- Side lat, front raise and overhead shoulder press.
Second set-slightly lighter 8 or 10 pound weights, 10 Reps of the above.
After the above, we grab our 5 (or even 3) pound weights and finish up with a combination move, all on a 2 count.
- Side lateral (up 2) (T-position),
- Swing Front (2 count.) (Superman position),
- Front lateral (down 2),
- Front raise (up 2) into,
- Overhead shoulder press (up 2)
REVERSE...I repeat this 5 total sets!!! Enjoy.
