This is a 32 counts block of very beginner dance aerobics. I am a very new instructor myself and cannot help but keep things simple at this stage. It worked ...! J
- 3 Cha-cha-chas facing right + 1 mambo
- 3 Cha-cha-chas facing left + 1 mambo
- 1 V-step forward + 1 V-step back with Spanish festival arms
- 2 Alternate-leg side-squats with shimmy-shrug shoulders
