Cardio Striptease (full routine)

No actual stripping is required! This is a low impact, strength and cardio routine. This is a routine not a combo!
Warm-up
(I take parts of the routine)
Isolations
-head, shoulders, ribs, hips
Circles
-head, shoulders, ribs, hips
Anything else you want them to gain control (body rolls, etc.)
Routine
- Walk forward 2 count with each step (1-8)
- Hip dip right (1-4)
- Hip dip left (5-8)
- Repeat both sides in two counts (1-8)
- Slow lunge right with shoulder roll (1-4)
- Straight leg snake up (5-8)
- Repeat lunge and snake up other side (1-8)
- Big hip circle (1-4)
- Slow plie with hands on legs and arching back (5-8)
- Hands on ground (1-2)
- Transfer weight on hands and come on to knees (3-4)
- Small hip circles (2) starting from the top down to heels (5-8)
- Transfer weight to left hip to sit (1-2)
- Open fan legs to back (3-4)
- Cross one leg over the other to stand up without hands! (5-8)
- (I do allow those who need a little help use their hands to help themselves)
