Cardio Striptease (full routine)

No actual stripping is required! This is a low impact, strength and cardio routine. This is a routine not a combo!


(I take parts of the routine)
-head, shoulders, ribs, hips
-head, shoulders, ribs, hips
Anything else you want them to gain control (body rolls, etc.)


I hope you can understand this. It is a really great workout as well as a self-confidence builder!
