- 1/2 Series with cobra 2x
- Cat/cow 10x
- Spine stabilizer 5x
- Child pose
- 1/2 Series with cobra or updog 3x
- Downdog ( 5 breaths)
- Mountain
- Forward fold
- Monkey
- Fold
- 1/2 Series 4x
- Downdog (5 breaths)
- Right warrior I
- Warrior II
- Reverse warrior
- Extended angle
- Pyramid
- 1/2 Series 5x
- Repeat on left side
- Down dog with right leg up
- Pigeon
- Downdog with left leg up pigeon
- 1/2 Series 4x
- Downdog
- Superman
- Bow
- Spine twist
- Bridge alternating leg up
