Yoga weight infusion

Hi...me again! This class goes over so well. I get tired of teach regular yoga classes so I infuse them with other things. This one has had the best results! it is done with light weight (2-5 pounds)
Start with breathing (2-5 minutes)
- Swan dive to forward fold 2x
- Then add weights 4x
- Single arm press with lateral flexion
- Alternating sides 10x
- Bent over row
- Control with breath 10x
(you can repeat if time allows)
- Sun salutations without weight 6x
- Back to weights
- Warrior I 5 breaths then add tricep extentions 10x
- Warrior II 5 breaths then add lateral bicep curls 10x
- Triangle 5 breaths then add single arm flye (up arm) 8x
Repeat on the other side
- Balancing pose (tree, half moon...etc)
- Bow
- Locust
- With weight reverse flye (10x)
- Chest press with breath (10x)
- Chest flye with breath (10x)
- With o weights bridge
- Ab work (you can do this with or without weights)
- Spinal twist
- Supine stretches
