I found this in a fitness magazine and have used it in many classes and you can add or change what you like. Thanks to everyone who has given me advice!!
- Start out with jump rope warm up 5 minutes
- Squat 1 minute
- Speed skate 1 minute
- Jog in place or butt kicks 1 minute
- Punching bag arms 1 minute
- Knees 1 minute
- Jump rope 3min
- Squat variety 1 minute
- Speed skate 1 minute
- Jog in place 1 minute
- Push up
Repeat sequence and add other weight bearing activities as it works for you
