Pattern 1 (facing bench)
- Basic over (4 counts) - 2 jacks on floor turning to face bench (4 counts)
- Basic over (4 counts) - 2 jacks on floor turning to face bench (4 counts)
- 7 Repeater knees and down (16 counts)
I lead with right leg and do 4 entire sets then repeat with left leg
Pattern 2 (straddling bench)
- Up up down down 4x (16 counts)
- Hop up hop dn 4x (16 counts)
- Straddle run back and forth 4 sets (16 counts)
- 8 Fast squats OR 4 slow squats (16 counts)
I lead with right leg and do 4 entire sets then repeat with left leg
