Just like the song...do 1 then 1,2 then 1,2,3, then 1,2,3,4, all the way to 12
- 1-3 Line killer
- 2-20 Pverhead tricep
- 3-30 Frog squat
- 4-40 Bent arm side raise
- 5-50 Mountain climbers
- 6-60 Bicep curls
- 7-70 Speed skater
- 8-80 Glute raise right/left (40 each side)
- 9-9 Burpees
- 10-100 Crunches (any kind)
- 11-110 Jumping jacks
- 12-12 Push ups
You could change it by doing 6 sets of 6 or 7 sets of 7 etc.
