Walk the Plank
This is a

(pattern 17138)
- Burpies all the way down into a push up and a hop at the return point x8
- Lateral walking planks x8
- Side plank with inner leg ext x8
- Moutain climbers x8
- Spider pushups x8
- Plank jack x8
Then repeat pattern breaking in down into 4, 2 and back up to 8 if you have the strength
