I always like to put fun and dance moves into my routines this routine is done with the tune ZORBA'S DANCE
To start, group (depending on how many you have) holding hands in lines facing you.
As music starts side squats x4 to each side as the music gets quicker there start shuffling to each side faster to music.
Run forward run backward. Small kicks forward small kicks back x2
Everyone turn to left run forward x4 turn right x4
Get into circle hold hands skip round circle x8 change direction x8. Keep skipping until music goes slow then follow each other walking forward round the circle. Change direction.
When the music speeds up the group runs faster.
Keep changing direction the faster the better.
I find it fast and fun, hopefully if you have right zorbas dance you will feel it in music when to change direction and speed it up the rest I do alot of flutter kicks to finish.
