Basic Step with Cardio Intensity

With the new year comes the new year resolutioners. I wrote a new step workout that is sure to be challenging enough for my regular steppers but not so intimidating that it scares off the newbies. Hope you like it! Most combos are 32 count and those that are 64 counts are self-reversing.
Combo 1
- Knees corner/corner (8 count)
- A-step over & back (8 count)
- Repeater knees (16 count)
Combo 2
- A-step over (4 count)
- 2x Jacks (4 count)
- Walk around bench (or chasse) (8 counts)
- Repeat all opposite direction (16 counts)
Combo 3
- L-steps (16 counts)
- Corner kicks (8 counts)
- 1-Kick 2x Jacks (8 counts)
- Repeat all opposite lead (32 counts)
Combo 4
- Glute lifts corner/corner (8 counts)
- Run up (or basic) 2x (8 counts)
- I-step 2x (16 counts)
Combo 5
- Turnstep 3x (12 counts)
- Squat hop-hop 1x (4 counts)
- Turnstep 3x (12 counts)
- Squat hop-hop 1x (4 counts)
Combo 6
- Alternating jump/dunk shots (8 counts)
- Alternating V-steps (8 counts)
- Alternating slow V-step (syncopated) (16 counts)
Combo 7
- V-hops 2x (8 counts)
- Hamstring curls corner/corner (8 counts)
- 7 Repeater knee (work obliques) (16 counts)
- Alternating basic (8 counts)
- Knees corner/corner (8 counts)
- 7 Repeater knee (other side) (16 counts)
