I came up with this fun and challenging ride for the new year!
Warm Up:
5 minutes.
Then start with:
20 seconds in the saddle/10 seconds sprints- 20 of them! (I did 10 a 20 seconds recovery and then 10 more)
20/10 Jumps- 20 10 seconds jumps.
Active Recovery- 6 minutes /run at #2 for 1 minute/in saddle 1 minute 3 sets.
Then: A 10 minute climb!!
Start in saddle for first 3 minutes increasing tension - then out to #3 for last 7 minutes.
Repeat Active Recovery Segment: 1 minute run at #2/1 minute in saddle.
2 minute hills - 10 seconds recovery.
You can add or change around to your liking. Ride was intense and seemed to go by quickly. Enjoy!
