I have a real mixed class of women in their sixties who want lots of repetition, and younger women who want me to keep things interesting. Here's one of the classes I did this week - you'll recognize many of the moves borrowed from this site!
- Walk forward, right lead (4)
- Out-out-in-in (4)
- 4x Step ham curl (8)
- 4x Step touch right-left-right left (8)
- 2x Double step touch (8)
Repeat entire sequence, walking backward (32 beats)
- Walk forward 3, right lead, triple knee (left knee to right corner) (8)
- Walk backward 3, left lead, triple knee (right to left corner) (8)
Repeat
- Mambo x 4 (right foot over left) (16)
- Lunge x 4 right, left, right, left (16)
Repeat entire sequence with left foot leading
