This is a 30 minute interval workout. You will jump rope for three minutes and do some form of exercise for 1 minute.
- 0:00-3:00 Jumping
- 3:00-4:00 Crunches
- 4:00-7:00 Skipping rope
- 7:00-8:00 Push-ups
- 8:00-11:00 Jumping
- 11:00-12:00 Squats
- 12:00-13:00 Jog in place
- 13:00-14:00 Crunches
- 14:00-15:00 Rest (1 minute of recovery)
- 15:00-18:00 Skipping rope
- 18:00-19:00 Bicep curls
- 19:00-22:00 Jumping
- 22:00-23:00 Plank
- 23:00-26:00 Skipping rope
- 26:00-27:00 Lunges
- 27:00-30:00 Jumping
