This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17063)
Part 1:
- Double right jab to the right side wall (2 counts)
- Double left cross jab to right side wall (2 counts)
Add on:
- Double left knee smashes (with the smashes, the knee should be coming up at an angle and arms are coming down with a lot of force, this is a great upper and lower ab workout) (4 counts)
Add on again:
- Left side kick
- Right side kick
- Left front kick
- Right side kick
To teach this I start with the arms then we'll add on the knee smashes. I then tell the class we're going to slow it down and just do the legs since it maybe a little trickier. I start off slow with the legs then do a couple at full tempo. Once they have the legs, I start from the top.
Full combo:
- Double right jab (2)
- Double left cross (2)
- Double left knee smashes (4)
- Left side kick (2)
- Right side kick (2)
- Left front kick (2)
- Right side kick (2)
