Thank you to all who help me every week with great spin workouts, now it is my turn to give back.
Warm up
- 5X-1 minute. flat road (scale of 5 if using 1-10)
- First 10 seconds easy, next 10 seconds. pick up cadence, again next 10 seconds a bit faster, repeat for the minute, last 10 seconds should be all out, then repeat again for next minute!
- If you would like to make a bit harder have them turn up resistance after every minute:)
- 1 Minute recovery
Repeat x5
- Start again flat road, fast cadence!
- Every 15 seconds you are going to have class turn up resistance one click to right, until they can no longer keep the speed (everyone will be standing at a different time, once standing do not touch resistance). Once the last person stands up, have class hold the climb for 30 seconds and then finish with a 30 second push, again do not touch resistance.
- Recover 30 seconds repeat x5
Recover 1 minute
Climbing!!!
- Third position climb HEAVY, hold for 3 minutes
- Do not touch resistance sit down and push the leg as fast as they can go 1 minute
- No break
- Repeat for 2 minutes third position
- Sit it down fast legs 1 minute
- Repeat again 1 minute third position
- Sit it down fast legs 1 minute
- TAKE A BREAK!!!
- Now do that last set again but reverse it
- Seated heavy climb for 3 minutes
- Third position climb for 1 minute fast legs
- Seated 2 minutes
- Climb 1 minute
- Seated 1 minute
- Climb fast legs 1 minute
