- Walk forward 3 knee up on 4 /turn right to side of room (4 counts)
- Walk forward 3 knee up on 4 /turn right to back of room (4 counts)
- Walk forward 3 knee up on 4 /turn right to other side (4 counts)
- Walk forward 3 knee up on 4 /turn right returning to front (4 counts)
- Single lungs right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left (16 counts)
Second Block - 32 counts
- Double grapevine with a turn right/left (16 counts)
- Step double curl right/left/right/left (16 counts)
Third Block - 32 counts
- Right box step/jazz square - 2X (8 counts)
- Right foot mambo - 2X (8 counts)
- Step 2 knees right/left/right/left (16 counts)
Fourth block - 32 counts
- Scoop forward -4X (8 counts)
- Step knee back -4X (8 counts)
- V-step turing to the right -4X (makes a box) (16 counts)
Fifth Block - 32 counts
- Tap toe to back right/left/right/left (8 counts)

- Block 2 - lateral raises with clap;front pulls for curls

- Block 4 - scoop;elbow to knees;X for V-step
- Block 5-arms raise to front;rowing for heels;elbows together with clap for step touch;
*Elevator: right knee up/down/up/down with hand pretending to pull it up;left leg taps side/in; right leg taps forward/in
*Snap away: standing with feet apart right knee pivots in and out while the hands snaps the fingers down as the the knee turns in and out when the knee turns out
*Snake: feet wide-right knee pivots in and out while the hand is position about head height following the leg-almost like a half of butterfly.
