Here's another bootcamp routine. I typically do circuits but also add in a heavy cardio day. What better way to get cardio than jumpropes! We did this indoor today but you can easily adapt to outdoor as well. Enjoy!
Warm-up (5 minutes)
Round 1
- Jump rope - 5 minutes
- Lunge to end of court, 5 jump squats
- Lunge to other end of court, 5 jump squats
Round 2
- Jump rope - 3 minutes
- Travelling planks to end of court, 5 push ups
- Travel planks to other end of court, 5 push ups
Round 3
- Jump rope - 5 minutes
- Travel squat to end of court (keep hips low entire time), 5 squat thrusts
- Travel to other end of court, 5 squat thrusts
Round 4
- Jump rope - 3 minutes
- Crab walk to end of court, flip over and do 5 shoulder push ups
- Crab walk to other end, do 5 shoulder push ups
Round 5
- Jump rope - 5 minutes
- Core work
