My first Kickbox Combos
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 17110)
I'm new at this. Let me know what you think please. Any tips would help. We also do 5 minutes of weights in between each combo.
Warmup 5-10 min
- 4- Right jabs
- 4- Up & down jabs on right
- 4- Left jabs
- 4- Up & down jabs on left
- 4- Right front kicks
- 4- Right side kick
- 4- Right back kicks
- 4- Bob & weaves
- Repeat on left side
- 4- Uppercuts
- 4- Hooks
- 4- Elbow strikes
- Speed bag
Combo 1
- 4- Jacks with alternating jabs
- 3- Shuffles right with right jabs left cross at end
- 3- Shuffles left with left jabs right cross at end
- Speedbag
Combo 2
- 4- Alternating knee crushes moving up
- 4- Bob & weave moving back
- 4- Right kicks
- 4- Left kicks
Combo 3
- 4- Uppercuts
- 4- Hooks
- 4- Elbow strikes
- Speed bag
