21's

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 17111)

This is such a simple one to use in a class if you have a large group.

Warm up; gentle jog to location. 8 sets of side steps with lunge at the end from cone to cone.

For the 21's:

You line up all of your members. They each pick an exercise. Then starting with the first persons exercise they all do 21 of them, then on to next persons exercise for 21 etc. Once the whole set is completed, you count down, so 20 of each etc. until you have reached 1 rep.

This can take a whole session, by the time they have finished they have done hundreds or reps per exercise. LOVE IT!!

5 minute stretch to cool down.
