This drill takes about 6 minutes... 30 seconds for each month. A fun way to work in rest/break.
Everyone starts in a standing jog at high tension. Every 30 seconds you call out a month... that is the month that gets to sit and rest. It sucks if your birthday is January (you are resting at the start, before you really worked) or December (SOOOOO LONG to be up!) but it's a really fun drill.
January sits, then after 30 seconds they get back up and Febraury sits for 30. Also a cool way to get to know your regulars birthdays month!!
