This 10 minute section can be added into any toning, sculpting, cardio, or bootcamp style class. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions. Tell students to keep the belly button pulling in towards spine during this workout.
- Push up to side plank (30 seconds)
- Walking plank (30 seconds)-hand hand elbow elbow
- Plank jacks (30 seconds)
- Mountain climbers (30 seconds)
- Repeat 3 x
- Bicycles (1 minute)
- Roll ups (1 minute)-tuck chin to chest and roll from head to tailbone, come to seated and repeat
- Floor Y's (1 minute)-lay on tummy, keep neck long, arms out in front, body should look like Y, inhale and lift arms and chest, exhale lower, keep eyes looking towards the floor
- Bridge (1 minute)- inhale to lift hips, exhale lower, try not to clinch bottom
